What a holistic approach to lifestyle actually means

3am restless night — when something feels off, it's worth looking at the whole picture

People sometimes ask why I describe this as a holistic approach rather than just IV therapy. Honestly, the answer comes from my own experience more than anything else.

When I'm feeling off — low energy, foggy, just not myself — my first instinct isn't to reach for one thing. I start looking at what's changed or what might be missing across the board. Sleep been different? Stress up? Not eating as well? Usually it's not one thing, it's several things quietly compounding each other.

That's where the IV comes in for me — not as the fix, but as one part of the picture. The support it offers makes more sense when everything else is also being looked at. Because it's all connected to some extent, and addressing one piece while ignoring the others only goes so far.

I share that perspective with clients not to tell anyone what to do, but because I think it's worth knowing. The infusion or injection is a tool — and like any tool, it works best when it's part of something bigger. Whatever's on the menu that day, that's always the spirit I bring to it.
